I have a coupon code but I am not getting discount at checkout. Why?                                                    

All customers get 10% off on products for the month of Ramadan if the total bill is $75.00 or more by using code EID2015. Website will not calculate discount if you don't use coupon code. Please note discount is not valid for products which are already discounted, packages, quantity sale* and gift packs. Products are subject to availability. We may contact you for any additional shipping charges if required. *Quantity sale: is for items which are discounted based on quantity if you purchase 3 or more of the same item you will automatically gets discount on those items. 


Why I am being charged again for shipping when I have already placed an order?
Shipping charges are not real charges at the time of placing an order. Sometimes shoppers choose shipping method which is not processed thru shipping companies like USPS, UPS and FedEx because of weight or size of the product/box. In this case we email our customers who choose shipping method where price doesn't match. For e.g customer chooses USPS first class for large/more items and are charged $1.00-2.00 at the time of order placed whereas actual charges could be anywhere around $6.00 - 10.00 or more. That's why we email our customers to charge again for the difference in amount for shipping. In same way we refund over charged shipping charges.

 

When I add a product to my shopping cart, and go to check-out, it has a 0 (zero) listed under quantity, and I cannot order the item. Why?
This is because the product is out of stock. Please check back online regularly for availability. We make every attempt to have every product on our site available for purchase.

 

I would like to place an order, and pay for it via check or money order. What do I do?
You can proceed as normal and add each item to your shopping cart. Simply continue through the checkout process. You will find payment options. Please select pay by: Checks or Money order. Complete your order and take a print. Please mail the invoice along with the check or money order to the below address and send it with your payment payable to:

Once we receive your payment, your order will be dispatched. Personal checks over US$20 may take up to 7 business days to clear before dispatch.


Do you ship to addresses outside the USA?
Yes! We ship to most countries. To calculate your shipping & handling charges, add item(s) to your shopping cart (as normal), and when you check-out, indicate in the Ship To: section your country's information. You will be given the shipping & handling charges before confirming your order. We might contact you to charge for shipping in case if the price doesn't match during check out and in actual it’s more. In same way we refund over charged shipping charges. There are some countries which we do not normally ship to. If your country is not listed, please email your order, with payment information, to us. Please note: Muslimzon.com cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of the United States. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

 

What is your return policy?
Within 15 days of receipt, we will accept for return any non-shrink-wrapped item. Products must be returned in same condition as it was received. Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. There is no return on electrical/ electronic items. International returns please make sure the shipping cost before sending returns as shipping is well be expensive for customers as they pay the shipping.

 

What if I do not want to pay by credit card?
We understand many people do not like credit cards, for obvious reasons. For this reason, we have a "Pay by Check or Money Order" payment method in our shopping cart. Simply choose this method and submit your order. You will get a reply email confirming your order. Please print this page and send along with your check or money order (to the address listed above). Upon receipt of payment, your order will be dispatched to you.

 

I reside outside of the U.S. and would like to pay for my order through bank (wire) transfer. What are your bank details?
Please add US$35 to any wire transfer you send us. Our bank charges us this amount to receive any incoming wire transfer. $35 should be added to your TOTAL amount due. If paying by international bank money transfer, please contact us for our bank account information.

Currently, we are unable to ship online orders to the following countries: Belarus, Indonesia, Liberia, Pakistan, Nigeria, and Romania. If you would like us to ship to any of these countries, please fax us your order with all details. We will reply back insha'Allah within 1 business day with pertinent information.

 

My package will be delivered outside the USA. Do I need to pay customs and duties?
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes. For instance, the administrative fee in the United Kingdom is 6.50 British pounds for airmail parcels and 11.25 British pounds for Global Express Mail; in 23 countries in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Monaco, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, San Marion, Vatican City, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Adorra, Gilbratar, Sweden, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein) the administrative fee is 17 Euros for Global Express Mail and Global Airmail Parcel Post; and the administrative fee in Canada is $5 Canadian for Global Airmail Parcel Post. Business mailers have the option to pay the duties, taxes or fees to certain countries through an International Customized Mail Agreement. If you want to learn what the threshold for duties and taxes is for a particular country, you can go to www.wcoomd.org for general information or visit the Web site of that country's customs service.
